It is the responsibility of the user to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of BookSeats Inc. and the Suppliers (collectively the ‘Terms and Conditions’) before purchasing Products through the BookSeats.com website and/or its affiliate sites. We reserve the right to update and/or modify these Terms and Conditions when needed. It is the responsibility of the user to return to this page to review updated versions of our the Terms and Conditions.
Users of the BookSeats.com website shall be referred to as the ‘Customer’ in these Terms and Conditions (referred to as ‘The Agreement’).
BookSeats.com (BookSeats Inc.) is a licensed travel agency in the province of Ontario. As such, it offers the service of providing reservations and travel information, as provided by Suppliers to the Customer.
As a condition of the use for this website, Customers purchasing Products on BookSeats.com certify that they have reached the age of majority in the province of Ontario, 18 years of age, as well as the age of majority in their province of residence. If a customer is under the age of majority, they must book Products over the phone and be able to offer live, vocal proof of permission from a valid adult legal guardian and email or fax of a parental consent letter. Alternatively, the minor may book in person at our offices, accompanied by a legal guardian (with valid supporting identification).

Some airport fees, hotel fees, baggage fees, where applicable, may not be included in the pricing. Baggage fees vary depending on the airline the customer is booking with. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the individual baggage handling policies of their respective airline. Customers are advised to secure their seat(s) in advance if available/offered by the airline. Seat Selection may be an additional fee charged by the airline.
All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during or after a purchase, as a result of a change in a Suppliers charges are not the responsibility of BookSeats.com. Once a booking is complete, pricing cannot be adjusted (processing bookings not included). Please note that pricing or availability of Products is not guaranteed until confirmed (full payment is processed).
There can be moments when an advertised price on this site may differ from the final confirmed price. This may be a direct result of an unavoidable delay between the Suppliers amended pricing and the most current selling price reflected on BookSeats.com. Should there be a discrepancy between the initial advertised price shown on the website and the confirmed selling price, the latter shall prevail.
Prices may also vary if a customer is booking a single, triple or quadruple occupancy per room, thus altering the pricing format set out by the hotel.

Payment for online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. In some cases, American Express may not be available as a payment option. Airfare and event ticket purchases are 100% non-refundable. Hotel booking refund is at the discretion of the Supplier. International credit cards may not be accepted. The credit card holder and/or payer on the booking is the person with whom BookSeats.com has the contract/agreement to provide Services to, and it is this person to whom BookSeats.com is responsible. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.
Without consent of the primary credit card holder, we do not accept third party credit cards.
After a booking is made, the customer will receive an email confirming the purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that all contact information is accurate at the time of booking (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.). Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the information on the confirmation email is in accordance with the Products that they have purchased. If there is a discrepancy between the information on the confirmation email and that of what the customer has booked, the customer must contact our offices during our regular business hours (1-833-299-2665) or via email at support@BookSeats.com immediately.
Reservations and tickets for travel Products (air, hotel or cars) and supporting information will be sent to you via email not less than 14 days before departure dates. For bookings made within 14 days of the Customers departure, check-in or pick up date, travel Product, e-tickets or reservations and supporting information will be sent by email to the Customer not more than 72 hours prior to departure. Same day bookings are not accepted.
Event tickets (sporting events, concerts, festivals, etc.) will be provided electronically by email whenever the event Supplier allows electronic ticketing. Certain event ticket Suppliers however do not permit electronic ticketing and require physical tickets to be delivered to the customer. Physical tickets will be couriered where time allows to the Customer in advance of the event. Should time not allow for the delivery of physical tickets to the Customer, they will be available for pick up at the event’s venue (Will-Call).
The following provisions apply specifically to the purchase of event tickets (“Event Tickets”) through BookSeats.com. BookSeats.com connects Customers to the secondary live ticket marketplace, through which independent third-party sellers (“Event Ticket Sellers”) list and sell Event Tickets. BookSeats.com is not the Event Ticket Seller and does not own or control the Event Tickets listed on the secondary marketplace.
If an Event Ticket Seller is unable to complete the transfer or delivery of the original Event Tickets for a confirmed order, BookSeats reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide the Event Ticket Buyer with comparable or upgraded alternative tickets to the same event (taking into account seat location, price, and availability), at no additional cost. Where comparable or upgraded alternative tickets cannot be located, BookSeats will instead refund, in full, the portion of the order price attributable to the Event Tickets; this refund does not extend to any other Products (such as airfare, hotel, or other travel components) included in the same order.
BookSeats’ determination as to whether replacement tickets are comparable or upgraded will be made at its sole discretion. This provision supplements, and does not limit, the rights and remedies available to Event Ticket Buyers under the 100% Buyer’s Guarantee.
By subscribing to BookSeats Alerts, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional SMS messages from BookSeats regarding event tickets and travel packages, including exclusive offers, promotions and experience updates. Message frequency may vary based on your preferences, interactions and upcoming events. Message and data rates may apply.

For international travel, most countries require a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond your return date. A visa may also be required depending on your destination and your passport's country of issue. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all travelling companions have the appropriate documentation required for entry into your chosen destination and for re-entry into your home country upon return. You confirm that the spelling of all passenger names entered during the booking process is correct and matches their travel documentation exactly. Please note that any name changes required after the booking has been completed may result in supplier-imposed charges.
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas, prior to departure. As obtaining these documents may require significant processing time, customers are advised to begin this process well in advance of their travel date.
Please review the Terms and Conditions of the supplier providing your products, particularly if a traveller is pregnant or has a medical condition. Different rules may apply across suppliers, and certain conditions are beyond the control of BookSeats.
Children under 18 years of age travelling alone or with only one parent or guardian are recommended to carry a notarised letter of authorisation signed by the absent parent or guardian.
Immunisations and/or visas may be required for entry into certain destinations. Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet all current requirements prior to departure.
For travel requirements, entry conditions, and health advisories, travellers are encouraged to consult their government's official travel advisory website and contact the destination country's embassy or consulate with any further questions before departing.
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, BookSeats reserves the right to verify and validate any transaction at our sole discretion. As part of this process, we may request additional information or documentation, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of billing address, or confirmation of payment details.
Tickets, confirmations, or travel documents may be withheld or delayed until verification is successfully completed. If a customer fails to provide the requested information within a reasonable timeframe, BookSeats reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original form of payment, where applicable.
These measures are in place to ensure the security of our customers and the integrity of our booking platform.
All Product purchases are 100% non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Some Products may permit a change (e.g., a name change on file) for a fee that is determined by that Supplier as well as an additional service fee from BookSeats.com. Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing.
All purchases made through BookSeats.com are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the event a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to a different credit or debit card than the one originally used.
If the credit or debit card number associated with the original payment has changed but remains linked to the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be credited to that account. Should the associated bank account be closed, BookSeats.com will issue a credit of equal value to the refund amount. This credit can only be used for purchases on BookSeats.com and will remain valid for up to one (1) year from the date of issuance.
